If you've already done therapy or coaching and still feel something isn't clicking, it's not that you did something wrong or that those tools failed. They work different layers of you. Emotional healing and transpersonal work tend to a different layer: the emotional and energetic body, not just the mental one.
It's one of the things I hear most. People who function well on the outside, stable job, stable relationships, life in order, but who carry something unnamed inside. They already did the "right" process. Therapy, sometimes for years. Coaching, sometimes several rounds. And still, that sense that a piece is missing doesn't move. Or they jump from one process to another.
I have to be honest, and this is the key word: inner development begins with honesty within ourselves. No one can do that honesty for you; you are the one who chooses to accept that yes, you're still afraid, that it irritates you, and that the way out runs through there. Your belief and your conclusion about what's keeping you from moving forward are often the clearest sign that you're still in the layer of resistance. The pain of feeling what's deep down makes you tremble, or a part of you simply shuts it off so you can't access it. That's why this methodology is different: it's your soul, that layer or part, that gives us the way, together with your Self, who helps us hold you so you feel contained and can, without fear, move through and reach the root cause once and for all.
And you'll say: "but I already know what it is!". And the question is: why do you choose to keep holding onto it? Believe me, it's not conscious: the unconscious protects itself by protecting, holding the cause in your body, trapped with emotion and energy. And our work, which is an honor for me, is to access it and get to the bottom of it, align it, heal it, and rebuild it, to the point that your habits change: what used to make you react has already given you back your power, because you chose to listen to it and agree on what the new behavior should be.
This is not therapy. I'll be honest with you: it's called present consciousness. Operating from who you truly are, knowing that you are everything that's inside you, only if you choose it. And yes, you'll become more than your own best friend, you'll experience it from your own feeling.
Why does something still feel missing after therapy or coaching?
Therapy and coaching work mostly from the mind and from action: understanding, processing the past, setting goals, sustaining habits. They are valuable and often necessary. And there is a layer, the emotional and energetic body, where what doesn't have words yet lives, that asks for a different kind of work.
"It's not that the mind is failing. It's that the mind isn't the only part of you carrying history."
When you work only from the mental level, there are patterns that are perfectly understood in theory and still repeat in practice. That's not a lack of willpower. It's that the pattern doesn't live only in thought: it also lives in the body, in the energetic system, in layers that a purely verbal process doesn't always reach. The emotion held in the body, what you feel as pain, sadness or anger, carries a charge and holds the memory. Often it's how the system guarantees remembering and avoiding: it's part of a program backed by the mind's beliefs, activated in the nervous system with every reaction that calls it. Its goal is to protect you, but it doesn't know it's limiting you.
How is a session different from therapy and coaching?
In an emotional healing and transpersonal session (MOL · Method of Observation and Liberation) we work at once across five planes: mind, emotion, physical body, energy, and the astral plane. It's not a sequence of steps. It's a process co-created with your Higher Self, in real time, with whatever is active in your system in that moment.
- It's not coaching: you don't leave the session with an action plan.
- It's not therapy: we don't explore your history step by step from reason.
- It's guided presence: you observe your patterns from the inside and release what you no longer need to carry.
This doesn't discard what you already did. On the contrary: most people who arrive at this work already have a foundation built by therapy or coaching. That foundation helps. What changes is that, instead of continuing to process from the mind what the mind already understood, it releases from where it's actually stuck. And I share tools so you can carry your process into everyday life. It is not a rivalry: they are complementary paths that can tend to different layers of the same person.
Do I have to stop therapy to do this?
No. Many people combine both processes. If you're under psychiatric care or in an active mental health crisis, that support should continue: this work complements, and never replaces, medical and psychological care.
How do I know if this is for me right now?
You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis for this work to make sense. The signs are usually simpler: your life works, but something unnamed feels uncomfortable inside. You know what you "should" do but don't do it. You've already done the conscious work and feel like something is missing, maybe one more layer.
Let's save time: ask from your heart, "if this is in me and aligned with my highest good, send me the answer". Listen in the silence, or wait: the universe always answers. If it's yes, it will be an honor to support your soul and your sovereign consciousness. This process is integrative and aligns as we go, sharing essential tools for your everyday life: it's about creating a lifestyle that includes the energy layer, honoring the being of frequency and vibration that you are. And if it's no, that's okay, maybe it's not the moment, and that's perfect. Let me only wish you, from my heart, that your soul takes you where you can expand.
Just as you wash yourself physically when you wake up, there's also an energy layer that is cleaned daily and nourished. An integral lifestyle.
