Have you ever wondered why, even when you know a situation is not good for you, you somehow end up experiencing something similar again and again?
You change partners, jobs, cities, environments, or even the way you relate to yourself. Yet, after some time, a familiar feeling appears: "here I am again."
Maybe you have already analyzed what is happening. You have read books, gone to therapy, worked with a coach, meditated, or invested deeply in personal growth. You may be able to explain exactly where the pattern comes from and, at the same time, feel that something within you continues to respond in the same way. This does not mean you lack willpower, awareness, or intelligence. Very often, it means that understanding a pattern is not the same as transforming it.
What is a repeating pattern?
A pattern is a recurring way of thinking, feeling, reacting, or relating that tends to create similar experiences over time. It can show up in many areas of life:
What is interesting is that a pattern does not always appear in exactly the same form. You can change your external circumstances and still find the same emotional experience in a different situation. That can be one of the clearest signs that something deeper may be sustaining what is happening.
and again: "here I am once more."
"I know I do it, but I can't seem to stop"
This is one of the most common experiences when working with recurring patterns. Your mind may recognize one thing while, underneath, another emotional reference is operating:
Your mind knows
"I know I should set a boundary."
Underneath operates
"If I set a boundary, I will lose the connection."
Here an important distinction appears: your conscious mind may recognize a pattern before your whole system is ready to respond differently. This is why some people feel frustrated after years of personal work. Not because the work has failed, but because they have reached a level of understanding that still needs to be integrated at a deeper level.
Why do we keep repeating patterns we want to change?
A pattern can continue because there is a belief, emotion, or experience that gives it meaning and continues to sustain it. Sometimes that reference was formed very early in life, at a particular point of origin or imprint. Other times it may be connected to experiences we no longer remember clearly, while the emotional charge associated with them continues to influence how we perceive and respond. It can even be held in the body and experienced as physical sensations or discomfort whose underlying cause may not always be immediately obvious.
From the way I work, the question is not only "what am I doing?". We also explore what is sustaining that response: what belief exists underneath, what emotion appears when you try to do something differently, what part of you feels it needs to maintain the pattern, and what experience may have created that reference.
And, at a deeper level: what patterns of programming are held within the brain, the subconscious and, within my framework, at the level of the soul? These are beliefs and contracts that, seen systemically, connect to one another, reinforce each other, and keep manifesting. I love finding them. When you recognize them, it becomes easier to notice the moments when a person or a situation activates them, and we can then follow their trail. In the session we deprogram them: they usually sit on the unconscious side, but as we deprogram them layer by layer you gain clarity, you can pause them, and you can choose whether to change or release the pattern or habit.
"The goal is not to control you or tell you what to choose. It is to give you back clarity and conscious choice."
The pattern is not your identity
One of the most important shifts happens when we stop completely identifying with the pattern. You are not "a person who always chooses badly." You are not "someone who does not know how to set boundaries." You are not "a woman who always ends up in difficult relationships." These are descriptions of repeated experiences, not necessarily descriptions of who you are.
When you can observe a pattern without turning it into an identity, a new space appears: you can begin to relate to the pattern rather than allowing the pattern to define you. That space is fundamental to transformation.
Why isn't understanding the pattern always enough?
The mind has an extraordinary capacity to understand. We can analyze our childhood, identify our beliefs, and understand exactly why we respond in a particular way. But an intellectual explanation does not necessarily change an emotional response. You can know that a current situation is not your past and still feel afraid. You can know that you have every right to set a boundary and still feel guilty when you do.
That is why, in an emotional healing session, the goal is not simply to find an explanation. We work with what is sustaining the pattern.
Going to the root of a pattern
When we explore a recurring pattern, we look for the point at which that response began to make sense. Sometimes a belief emerges. Sometimes an emotion. Sometimes a memory or moment that seemed to have been forgotten. And sometimes the exploration may include elements of my energetic and transpersonal framework, such as energy field reading, energy centers, soul patterns, contracts, subconscious beliefs, lineage, or experiences from other lifetimes.
You do not need to arrive with an explanation. The session unfolds through exploration and permission, always respecting your own process. The purpose is not to impose an interpretation on you. It is to create a space where you can recognize, release, and realign what no longer needs to define your experience.
What happens when we work with the root?
As the emotional charge associated with a pattern begins to release, a new internal reference may become available. This is not about forcing yourself to think positively, nor about convincing yourself that "everything is fine." It is about allowing a new way of perceiving yourself to begin to feel more true:
Transformation happens when that new reference is no longer only an idea, but something you can actually feel and live from.
It is not only a session: you also learn tools for everyday life
This work does not end when the session ends. In parallel, you learn tools for your everyday life: ways to recognize what you feel, to hold yourself, and to respond with more awareness, so you have foundations you can incorporate into your lifestyle. Just as there is physical hygiene, there is also an integral hygiene you can care for:

How do you know if you are repeating a pattern?
You can begin by observing these questions. You do not need to answer them all at once: sometimes a single question opens an important door.
- What situations seem to change, but ultimately leave me feeling the same way?
- What types of people or dynamics keep appearing in my life?
- What reactions do I have that seem disproportionate to what is happening right now?
- What do I understand rationally, but still cannot seem to live from?
- What do I constantly try to avoid and, paradoxically, keep encountering?
- What part of me may feel safer by maintaining this pattern?
What if I have already done therapy, coaching, or a lot of personal work?
Energetic and transpersonal work does not have to be approached as an alternative to psychology, medicine, or any other professional support you may need. It can be a complementary path for self-exploration and personal awareness. You may also have worked deeply from one perspective and feel that there is another layer you are ready to explore. The question then is not "what else do I need to fix?", but "what part of me is still asking to be understood and integrated?".
Do I need to know what my pattern is before a session?
No. You can arrive with a specific situation, an emotion, a question, or simply the feeling that something keeps repeating and you do not fully understand why. Sessions are online, and a session can offer you a different perspective on the experience and help explore what may be sustaining it. You do not need to have all the answers before you begin.
Why do some patterns appear just when we are growing?
Sometimes a pattern becomes more visible when our life begins to change. As we evolve, certain ways of relating, working, making decisions, or protecting ourselves may no longer be aligned with who we are now. Something that once worked may begin to feel limiting. That is why the appearance of a pattern does not necessarily mean you are going backward: it can be an opportunity to see something that you now have the awareness and resources to transform.
The question can change
Perhaps for a long time the question was one, and over time it can transform completely:
That shift in perspective can completely transform your relationship with your own story. You do not need to fight yourself in order to change. You can begin by listening to what the pattern is trying to reveal.
A new relationship with yourself
Transforming a pattern does not mean becoming someone else. It means reclaiming the possibility of responding from a more conscious place: choosing instead of reacting, recognizing your boundaries, listening to your intuition, and no longer automatically repeating what is no longer aligned with who you are. And, above all, building a relationship with yourself that is increasingly grounded in inner sovereignty, awareness, and trust.
