Purpose and activity

This website presents the professional services of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar in the areas of energetic work, self-discovery, and PSA (Advanced Sensory Perception) training, and facilitates the purchase of digital and physical products and enrollment in certification programs.

Services offered include: individual energetic sessions, the guided journal Desde el Self, the Full Sensory Perception certification program (FSP levels 1, 2 and 3), and the book La Fuente.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, images, design, methodologies, trade names, and downloadable materials — is the exclusive property of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar or is duly licensed. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The Self-Present Methodology, the PSA Lightwork system, and the Desde el Self journal are original creations of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar. The Full Sensory Perception (FSP) system was created by Amorah Quan Yin and is facilitated under official certification from the Dolphin Star Temple, California.

Limitation of liability

The content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The energetic and spiritual work offered complements — and does not replace — professional medical or psychological treatment.

Claudia Alejandra Aguilar assumes no responsibility for how third parties use the published information, or for personal decisions visitors make based on that information.

Acceptance

By using this website, purchasing any of its products, or subscribing to the mailing list, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use the site or complete any transaction.

Mailing list subscription

By subscribing through the subscription form, you expressly authorize Claudia Alejandra Aguilar to send you:

• The free meditation audio Being Activation Meditation, committed to at the time of subscription.
• Periodic communications about content, new products, programs, and reflections relevant to your self-discovery process.

Subscription is entirely voluntary and free of charge. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by writing to hello@caleaguilar.com.

Digital products — Journal and Essentials

Digital products (the Desde el Self PDF journal and FSP Essentials) are distributed through Gumroad Inc. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an immediate download link. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are accepted once the file has been downloaded, except in the case of a verifiable technical error on our part.

Files are intended for personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, or resale without express authorization is prohibited.

Individual sessions

Energetic work sessions are scheduled through the Outlook Booking reservation system. By booking a session, you accept the following conditions:

• Cancellation: at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a partial session fee.
• Punctuality: time unused due to late arrival by the client will not be made up or refunded.
• Nature of the service: sessions are energetic and spiritual in nature. They do not constitute psychological or medical therapy. Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
• Confidentiality: session content is strictly confidential.

FSP Program — Schola Kumu

Enrollment in the Full Sensory Perception certification program implies commitment to the sequential nature of the process: FSP 1 is a prerequisite for FSP 2, and FSP 2 for FSP 3. By enrolling you accept:

• The investment is per level and is confirmed through the scheduling system.
• Spaces are limited to 12 participants per Schola Kumu.
• Specific cancellation and rescheduling conditions are communicated in the enrollment confirmation.
• Program materials are for the exclusive use of enrolled participants.

Pricing

All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Claudia Alejandra Aguilar reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the transaction.

Payments for digital products are processed through Gumroad Inc. (United States) and subscriptions through Systeme.io (France). Both are international platforms with their own privacy and payment processing policies. By completing a purchase or subscription, you also accept the terms of the corresponding platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, including Law 45 of 2007 (Consumer Protection and Competition) and other applicable regulations, without prejudice to the consumer protection provisions in force in the user's country of residence.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Panama City, unless the legislation of the user's country establishes another jurisdiction of mandatory character.

Applicable legal framework

This policy is governed by Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its regulations (Executive Decree 285 of 2021), without prejudice to applicable consumer protection provisions in the user's country of residence.

Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Claudia Alejandra Aguilar, a natural person based in Panama City, Republic of Panama. Contact: hello@caleaguilar.com.

Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us:

• Name and email address — when you subscribe to the mailing list.
• Payment data — processed directly by Gumroad Inc. or the corresponding payment processor. We do not store credit card data in our systems.
• Contact details — name and email when you write to us directly.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, political orientation) through forms. Any content you may voluntarily share during individual sessions is handled with strict confidentiality.

Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to:

• Send you the content or product committed to at registration (free meditation, purchase confirmation, program materials).
• Communicate information about services, products, or content related to your process — always with your consent.
• Manage the commercial relationship (billing, scheduling, support).
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis for processing

• Mailing list subscription: express consent upon completing the form.
• Provision of contracted services: contract performance.
• Marketing communications: consent, with the right to withdraw it at any time.

Third parties with access to your data

To operate this site and its services we work with the following providers, who may have access to your data to the extent necessary to provide their services:

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active relationship with us (active subscription or active client). If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, we remove your address from active mailings within a maximum of 30 days. Data linked to commercial transactions may be retained for the period required by applicable tax legislation.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to processing or request its restriction.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Data portability in a readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@caleaguilar.com with the subject line "Privacy rights — [your name]". We respond within a maximum of 30 business days, in accordance with Panama Law 81 of 2019.

If you believe your rights have not been adequately addressed, you may contact the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI), the supervisory body for personal data protection in the Republic of Panama.
