Purpose and activity

This site presents the professional services of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar in energy work, transpersonal guidance, self-knowledge and training, and facilitates the purchase of digital products and enrollment in training programs.

The services offered include: individual energy work sessions, the Essential Tools program, the guided journal Desde el Self, the Full Sensory Perception certification program (FSP levels 1, 2 and 3) and the book La Fuente.

The services are intended for people 18 years of age or older.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including texts, images, design, methodologies, trade names and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar or is duly licensed. Total or partial reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

The Self-Presente Methodology, the PSA Lightwork system and the journal Desde el Self are original creations of Claudia Alejandra Aguilar. The Full Sensory Perception (FSP) system was created by Amorah Quan Yin and is facilitated under official certification from the Dolphin Star Temple, California.

Some blog images were created or edited with artificial intelligence tools.

Limitation of liability

The content of this site is for information only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The energy and spiritual work offered complements, and does not replace, professional medical or psychological treatment.

The published testimonials are personal experiences, shared with each person's permission. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Claudia Alejandra Aguilar accepts no responsibility for how third parties use the published information or for personal decisions visitors make based on it.

Acceptance

By using this website, purchasing any of its services or products, or subscribing to the mailing list, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use the site or make any transaction.

Mailing list subscription

By subscribing through the subscription form and ticking the consent box, you authorize Claudia Alejandra Aguilar to send you:

• The free meditation audio Self-Activation, promised at the time of subscription.
• Periodic communications about content, new products, programs and reflections related to your self-knowledge process.

Blog updates are a separate subscription: you only receive an email when a new article is published.

Subscription is voluntary and free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to hello@caleaguilar.com.

How to book and pay

Sessions are booked through Microsoft Bookings and paid in advance. Payments for sessions, packages and digital products are processed through cuanto.app or PagueloFácil; these platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store card details in our systems.

The journal Desde el Self and the Essential Tools program are requested by email; we send you the corresponding payment link.

Digital products · Journal and Essential Tools

• Journal Desde el Self (PDF): emailed to you within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Essential Tools: delivered in the KUMU app after payment confirmation, with permanent access.

Files and materials are for personal use. Distribution, reproduction or resale without express permission is prohibited.

Individual sessions

• Preparation material: before your session you receive preparation material in the KUMU app. It is an advance benefit that forms part of your commitment to the session.
• Punctuality: time lost due to late arrival is not made up or discounted.
• Nature of the service: sessions are energetic and spiritual in nature. They are not psychological or medical therapy. Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
• Confidentiality: the content of sessions is strictly confidential.
• 3-session package: 3 sessions of 90 minutes, with Essential Tools included. Sessions are used within 6 months of purchase.

FSP program · Schola Kumu

Enrolling in the Full Sensory Perception certification program means respecting the sequential nature of the process: FSP 1 is a prerequisite for FSP 2, and FSP 2 for FSP 3. By enrolling you accept:

• The investment is per level. The early bird price applies when payment is confirmed 15 days or more before the start.
• Payment can be made in full or in 3 installments during the course. Paying in installments is a commitment to the full price of the level.
• Spots are limited to 12 people per Schola Kumu.
• You can join a group in progress up to the 3rd class, with the recordings, subject to a case-by-case review.
• Program materials and recordings are for enrolled participants only.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Claudia Alejandra Aguilar reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in force at the time of purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, including Law 45 of 2007 (Consumer Protection and Competition) and other applicable rules, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules in force in the user's country of residence.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, unless the law of the user's country establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.

Individual sessions (60 or 90 minutes)

The KUMU preparation material is not deducted from the refund.

3-session package

If you decide not to continue, we refund what you paid minus the sessions already held, calculated at the single 90-minute session price ($209 each), and minus refund fees. The package discount only applies when the package is completed.

FSP program (per level)

Percentages are calculated on the amount paid.

Credits for the next group are valid for 12 months unless another period is stated. If you pay in installments, the same rules apply to the full price of the level.

Digital products

Because they are digital content delivered at your request, the journal and Essential Tools cannot be returned once sent or enabled, except for a verifiable technical error on our side.

If you live in the European Union

As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. If you withdraw within that period, the refund is in full, with no fees deducted, except for the proportional part of a service already provided because you asked for it.

Once the service has been fully provided (for example, a completed session), or once digital content you asked to receive immediately has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. After the 14 days, the terms in this section apply.

How to request it

Write to hello@caleaguilar.com with the subject "Cancellation · [your name]". Refunds are returned through the same payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Applicable legal framework

This policy is governed by Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its regulation (Executive Decree 285 of 2021). For users residing in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.

Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Claudia Alejandra Aguilar, an individual domiciled in Panama City, Republic of Panama. Contact: hello@caleaguilar.com.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you provide:

• Name and email · when you sign up for the gift meditation. For blog updates, only your email.
• Booking data · name, email and the information you provide when booking a session or a training.
• Payment data · processed directly by cuanto.app or PagueloFácil. We do not store card details.
• Data in the KUMU app · name, email, language and your progress with the assigned content.
• Contact data · name, email and the content of your message when you write to us.
• Testimonials · name, photo, voice or video and text, only with your written permission.

The site's forms do not ask for sensitive data. If you share information about your physical or emotional health in a session, we handle it with your explicit consent, only to support you, in strict confidence and without sharing it with third parties.

Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to:

• Send you the promised content or product (free meditation, blog updates, materials, confirmations).
• Schedule and deliver the sessions and trainings you purchase.
• Send you information about services, products or content, provided you have given your consent.
• Manage the commercial relationship (payments, refunds, scheduling, support).
• Publish your testimonial, only if you authorized it.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

• Mailing list and blog updates: your consent, by ticking the form's checkbox.
• Sessions, trainings and products: performance of the contract.
• Health information shared in session and testimonials: your explicit consent.
• Aggregate web analytics: legitimate interest.
• Invoicing and tax obligations: legal obligation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Third parties with access to your data

To run this site and its services we work with the following providers, who access your data only as needed to provide their service:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) · email delivery and subscription list management. Data hosted in the European Union. Brevo privacy policy →
• cuanto.app and PagueloFácil · payment processing for sessions, packages and products.
• KUMU · our own app where you receive preparation material and programs. Hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), with data stored in Supabase Inc. (USA).
• Microsoft (Outlook / Bookings / Teams) · scheduling of sessions and trainings, email, and video calls for individual sessions. Microsoft privacy policy →
• Zoom Video Communications, Inc. · video calls for the online FSP classes. Zoom privacy policy →
• Dropbox, Inc. · hosting of the gift meditation audio. When you play or download it, Dropbox receives your IP address. Dropbox privacy policy →
• Google LLC (YouTube) · only if you press play on a video. Videos use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and nothing from YouTube loads before you press play. Google privacy policy →
• Google LLC (Google Forms) · only to collect permission to publish testimonials.
• Netlify Inc. · web hosting. Netlify privacy policy →
• Cloudflare, Inc. · aggregate web analytics, no cookies. Cloudflare privacy policy →

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

International data transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States (Microsoft, Zoom, Dropbox, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Netlify, Cloudflare) and in Latin America (payment processors). Brevo is in France, within the European Union. When your data is transferred outside the European Union, those transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: mainly the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find the details in each provider's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep your data while you have an active relationship with us (active subscription or active client). If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, we remove your address from active sends within 30 days. If you withdraw permission for a testimonial, we remove it from the site within 30 days. Data linked to commercial transactions is kept for the period required by applicable tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to processing or request its restriction.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Portability of your data in a readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@caleaguilar.com with the subject "Privacy rights · [your name]". We respond within one month at most.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) of the Republic of Panama, the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country. In Spain, that authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) · www.aepd.es.

The essentials

This site does not set its own cookies, does not use advertising tracking cookies and does not share behavioral data with advertising networks. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner.

Local storage in your browser

Some features save a minimal piece of data in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It does not identify you, never leaves your device, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings:

• Eye-protection filter (amber): remembers whether you turned it on, only when you turn it on.
• Signals page: saves a random number and the phrase of the day, to show you the same phrase throughout that day.

Third-party content

• Subscription forms: they are the site's own forms; they load no third-party scripts and set no cookies. Your data is only sent to Brevo when you press the submit button.
• YouTube videos: nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. Once you play, YouTube (Google) may store information in your browser under its own policy.
• Payments and scheduling: when you move to cuanto.app, PagueloFácil or Microsoft Bookings, those platforms may use their own cookies under their policies.

Web analytics

To understand in aggregate how the site is used (most visited pages, referral sources) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or store information on your device, and it does not identify you or track you across sites: it processes aggregate, anonymous visit data. It is therefore based on our legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6.1.f) and does not require your prior consent.
