Portovelo, Ecuador · The world · The self that was always there
I was born experiencing more
than I could explain.
It took years to understand
what I already was inside.
This is the story of a life that ran on two planes at once — and how those two planes finally met.
Hello, soul friend. Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me a little more through these lines.
I was born in a small town called Portovelo, in Ecuador, though I feel more like a daughter of Mother Earth: this planet is my home. I belong to the world, and to something larger than any single place.
It was 1980, in a mining town surrounded by rivers and mountains. From an early age I knew there was more than what my waking eyes could see, even if I had no words for it yet. All I had was the experience.
I grew up, I studied, I built an international career. I led teams across 22 countries and made decisions that moved markets. On the outside, I was a director at some of the largest electronics companies in the world and the CEO of my own company. On the inside, I held one certainty: that what I had been taught to build in order to be "successful" was not aligned with my true universe, the one that exists and lives within me.
I always used tools my soul guided me to learn, an inner technology no one in my corporate world knew existed. In time, channeling that and putting it into language others could understand became a skill of its own: I built my bridge between the two worlds. I admit that this co-creation we call reality still catches me sometimes. I thought I was navigating it, when in truth it was catching me, not only through fear but through the things I love. And my soul, my voice, always guided me back and redirected me toward the path most aligned with my highest good.
That is why I am not conventional in any way: I have lived my colors from many perspectives. And today I keep discovering, from my soul. When I remember, everything around me remembers too.
A spiritual life woven into your everyday life clears the mind and gives you guidance. When you feel overwhelmed, it offers tools to find your way back; when the hard moments come, it gives you the qualities to move through them and to create a healthy, harmonious space. The result is simple: to be better than yesterday, and to manifest the life your soul came here to live. That is what I live. It is what is always in motion. It is what I share. And you are the one who integrates it into your life.
What I built in the outer world.
Two lives in one — and both are completely real.
The Earth's chakras and gates.
The Earth has its own energy system — chakras and gates distributed across sacred points around the planet. Traveling to them is not tourism. It is attunement. Each place activates layers that cannot be activated any other way.
For as long as I can remember, I experienced leaving my body while I slept. But what was I, then? Am I only my physical body?
What science calls astral experiences, I had as a child. I did not know that name. I only knew that I would leave, and that outside there was a world full of extraordinary beings: nature alive, magical, inhabited.
I played with those beings. I was guided and protected by them. And in that space I met the being who was in everything. That being taught me who I was, and who he was. There was no difference between that being and me.
Living these experiences so early made one thing completely clear: death does not exist. It is only a shift to another frequency. We are eternal. (You can read more about this on my blog.)
You can also leave and use the mind to chase illusions born of fear and control, and stay trapped in the games of this reality, in everything that is not aligned with you.
In time I learned that the astral body is not only a vehicle within dreams: it is a multidimensional vehicle. It can move between dimensions, up to the fifth. Beyond that, another body activates. All of this I understood later. As a child, I only knew it was real.
from the heart.
That is where I also live."
A Gnostic priest in the mountains of Ecuador asked me something that changed everything.
In the mountains of Ecuador there lived a Gnostic priest. My husband and I, along with other friends, shared many practices and teachings with him. In that area, space visitors operated in their vessels. It was a place of genuine contact.
One day, during a regression, I remembered a life on a planet called Malek. At first I resisted: in Spanish, the name sounded like "mal" — "bad." But what emerged was something very different.
I was a guardian of knowledge on that planet. The planet was completely destroyed — many lives were lost. I was meant to leave in order to preserve that knowledge, but my integrity told me: this knowledge could lead to the same fate that destroyed the planet. There was a great deal of pain in that memory.
What I didn't know then was that my space suit from that life had been imprinted on my energetic body. Anyone who saw me in the etheric plane could see the helmet. That helmet was blocking my development in this lifetime — it gave me an extra masculine energy, and I had an enormous attachment to it without understanding why.
The next morning at breakfast, the priest arrived with a book. He said: "This author describes the exact same story from your regression. She was on that same planet. And she is alive."
My friend, who was traveling with me, confirmed it: "Yes, I've read her. She is very advanced — all her senses are developed."
That book was by Amorah Quan Yin. That is how I entered the knowledge of FSP.

When I lost my beloved, the universe conspired in magical ways to bring me to Mount Shasta, California — where I found the tools that helped me heal, understand my process, and prepare for everything that would come after. The same tools that sustain me to this day.
The story of that synchronicity is astonishing. When I recall it, I feel so grateful I have no words. That is the full story in the book.
I will only say this: you must always trust the soul. That is where God resides.
California was where I received the complete training of the Dolphin Star Temple. Where I was ordained as a Minister. Where everything I had known as a child, everything I had practiced in the mountains of Ecuador, everything I had used in silence throughout twenty years of a corporate career — finally had a system, a name, and a clear purpose.

A spiritual life does not pull you away from living. It helps you live more fully.
For years I led regions and made C-level decisions while sustaining my energy practices. No one knew, and there was no need for them to know. Because the most advanced practice is not found in the disruption of a retreat, nor in the isolation of a mountain, nor in sacred plants, nor even in transcendental meditation alone: it is found in daily life. In the coherence of our consciousness.
What do we do in the middle of difficulty? Do we listen to our intuition and let ourselves be guided, or do we silence the heart, shout to be heard, and leave it in pieces of silence? The real work is turning passive meditation into a permanently active presence: observing our own thoughts from the Self. Is this possible? Yes. The wounded, unconscious parts stop reacting and begin to align, becoming conscious, because at last you listened to them.
The tools I share are not meant to withdraw you from the world. They are meant to help you be in the world with more clarity, more presence, and more capacity to manifest what your soul came here to create.
What pulls you away from living is not spirituality: it is disconnection. From your body, from your emotions, from your soul. FSP, the sessions, the journal: they all point to the same thing, reconnecting with who you truly are.
And what is the consequence of this awakening? That you align with what you truly want. Do you know it today? Or do you at least know what you do not want? Because it is easier to let the mind tell you what feels safe than to open the heart and listen to what makes you expand. When it comes to feeling pain, the mind will avoid it at all costs. That is its job, and it does it very well: it will not let you through, unless, from the courage of your soul, you move across those layers and choose your freedom. And sometimes that means letting go of what is not aligned, so that what does resonate with you can arrive.
From that place, life no longer looks the same. Decisions are not made the same way. What you build is not built the same way.
I work with people who have everything functioning on the outside, and something nameless on the inside. People who have spent years in therapy or coaching and still feel stuck. Whose minds will not rest, no matter how much they want them to. Who repeat patterns without understanding why, even when they see them clearly. I also work with starseeds who feel the call: they already lead businesses and large companies, and they know they came to expand everything they touch. Working simultaneously across the five bodies (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and the body of lucid dreams) reaches the true root, not the symptoms.
Everything I lived, I turned into tools.
There is an entry point for every stage of the path. You don't need to be ready for everything — only for the next step.
If any of this resonates,
it's because something in you already knows.
The first step can be a session, the journal, or simply writing to me.
