Daily Signals
Información nunca me faltó.
Esos momentos no me daban respuestas. Me daban otra manera de mirar. Y mirar distinto cambia el día. A veces cambia bastante más.
Empecé a anotarlos.
Ninguno me decía qué hacer.

Why Signals exists
For years I built things that competed for your attention.
I worked in technology and in marketing. I led teams across 22 countries. I made decisions that moved markets. I learned how a product is designed so that someone comes back, and comes back, and never quite knows why.
I was good at it.
At the same time, and without anyone in that world knowing, I kept an inner practice. Two lives that did not talk to each other much. Only what was necessary, at critical moments.
What finally changed me was not information. Information I never lacked. It was seeing something differently.
Sometimes one sentence was enough. Sometimes a question. Sometimes the silence of someone who did not try to explain anything to me.
Those moments did not give me answers. They gave me another way of looking. And looking differently changes the day. Sometimes it changes a good deal more.
I started writing them down. Not to publish them: so as not to lose them.
One day I saw they all had something in common. None of them told me what to do. None asked me to agree. They simply opened a door and let me walk through it on my own.
That is a Signal.
I am not looking for you to come back here every day. I am looking for the day you no longer need to, because you already recognise that voice of yours that was always underneath the noise.
If that happens, this will have been worth it.
