Everything you need to know about the journal, the methodology, MOL sessions, and FSP certification.
Leer en españolThe Journal
View journal →It is a 28-day process designed to help you truly listen to yourself. It is not a personal diary where you write about your day. It is a structured map with questions, reflections, and exercises that lead you to have the most important conversation of your life: the one you have with yourself. Each week works on a different axis: first you learn to observe your mind, then to understand your patterns, then to recognize what you really want, and in the last week you start making decisions from that place.
For adults who function well in their outer life but feel something is off. People who have tried therapy or coaching, or who feel they know a lot about themselves but still cannot change what they want to change. It works especially well for people with very active minds, who overthink and struggle to be present. No prior experience with meditation or any personal development practice is required.
Most people notice a shift in how they relate to their thoughts during the first week. Not because the difficult thoughts disappear, but because they start observing them differently. The complete 28-day process is designed to build a self-listening habit that lasts beyond the journal.
Just time and willingness. The journal is designed for 20 to 30 minutes a day. You do not need any prior knowledge, spiritual practice, or therapy experience. The only requirement is a willingness to look at yourself honestly.
It is available as a downloadable PDF. You receive it immediately after purchase and can print it at home or at any print shop. It is not designed to sit on a shelf: it is a workbook, meant to be written in, underlined, and actually used.
Yes. It is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give. If you want to give it as a gift, write to me and I will help you with the process.
The Self-Presente Methodology
Learn more →It is a system of inner work developed over more than ten years of practice, study, and accompaniment. It integrates tools from third-wave therapies (such as ACT and mindfulness-based therapies), elements of somatic work, and the energetic approach of PSA Lightwork. Its central premise is that the mind is not the problem: it is the instrument. When you learn to relate to it differently, what you can create in your life changes.
Traditional psychological therapy generally focuses on understanding the origin of discomfort, working through the past, and reducing symptoms. The Self-Presente Methodology starts from where you are now and works toward what you want to build. This does not mean therapy does not work. For many people it is exactly what they need. What I offer is a different path, which works especially well for those who have already done therapeutic work and feel something is missing, or for those without a clinical diagnosis who still feel their mind is holding them back.
The tools I use have research backing. Third-wave therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), are among the most studied interventions in contemporary psychology. Somatic work has decades of research behind it. PSA Lightwork operates from an energetic perspective that does not claim to be clinical science, but in my experience amplifies the work when combined with the other tools.
For people who feel they overthink and cannot stop it. For those who know what they should do but do not do it. For those who have everything in order on the outside and still feel empty or lost. For those going through an important transition and needing clarity. I do not work with active mental health crises, acute clinical diagnoses, or situations requiring psychiatric attention.
MOL Sessions
View sessions →MOL stands for Method of Observation and Liberation. It is the individual session format where we work in real time with what is active in your system in that moment. It is not coaching where I make you a plan. It is not therapy where we explore your history. It is a guided presence process where you learn to observe your patterns from the inside and release what you no longer need to carry. Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
The journal is the first step. If after working with it you feel there is something deeper you want to explore, or that you need accompaniment to process something specific, sessions are the next level. There are also people who come directly to sessions without having done the journal, and that works just as well.
It depends on what you come for. Some people come for a single session to work on something specific and that is enough. Others choose a more sustained accompaniment process. I do not sell closed packages because I do not believe in standardized processes. At the end of each session, we evaluate together whether it makes sense to continue and at what frequency.
Each session carries its own integration process, which generally takes about a week. We coordinate the next date together, based on how you feel and what is emerging in your process.
They are online, by video call. I work with people from anywhere in the world.
Options include a 60-minute session ($150 USD), a 90-minute session ($200 USD), and a 3-session package ($450 USD). If you have a particular financial situation, write to me: I do not want money to be the only obstacle.
FSP Lightwork Certification
View certification →FSP Lightwork is an energy work system developed by the Destiny School of Transformation (DST). Its initials stand for Frequency, Shift, and Perception. It is a methodology that works with the energetic patterns underlying beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It is not Reiki, not shamanism, not a religious practice. It is a structured system with specific protocols that can be learned and applied professionally.
The complete certification has 5 levels. FSP 1 works on the conscious plane, FSP 2 on the unconscious plane, and FSP 3 on the energy underlying all of that creation. Levels 4 and 5 deepen and expand the work in more advanced dimensions. You can begin working with clients after completing the first level, though continuing the full process is recommended.
Each level runs 13 to 15 days depending on the format. Levels are not done consecutively: there is a practice and integration period between each one. Total time from the first level to full certification depends on each person's availability and program scheduling.
Upon completing the first three FSP levels, you receive the FSP Minister certificate. Levels 4 and 5 correspond to advanced training and specialization.
Yes. After FSP 1 you have the fundamental tools to conduct sessions. FSP 1 covers the conscious plane, FSP 2 the unconscious, and FSP 3 the energy underlying all of that creation. Continuing the training expands what you can offer, but it is not a requirement to start practicing.
Claudia Alejandra Aguilar is a certified FSP Lightwork instructor since 2014, with more active work since 2020. She completed all training levels with DST and has integrated this system into her accompaniment practice with hundreds of people.
Group Program
Learn more →It is a group accompaniment process where we work the Self-Presente Methodology collectively. It combines live sessions, individual work with the journal, and the community component: hearing other people in similar processes to yours has a value that individual work cannot replicate. The group has a limited number of participants to keep the space genuinely intimate.
Individual sessions are deep, personalized work with your specific situation. The group program has a curricular structure: there is a content arc we travel together during the program. The cost is also significantly lower than an individual process of the same duration. Many people do both at different moments in their process.
Groups have limited spots and specific dates. To find out when the next one is, you can join the waitlist or write to me directly.
