Deep emotional & energy
healing sessions
MOL · Method of Observation and Liberation
This session is co-created with your Higher Self, reading and healing what shows up to realize, clear, align, balance, infuse energy and nurture. Everything works simultaneously across five bodies: mental, emotional, physical, energetic and astral. What moves in your field moves in your entire life, in the internal, family, relationship, work and social spaces. All aligned in your highest good at this point in time, as your Higher Self shows us.
You understand the pattern. On the surface, it keeps repeating.
What Is an Energy Healing Session?
A guided, protected space where your energy field is read and the work goes to the belief and the emotion beneath a recurring pattern. It is released at its source and you are realigned to a divine quality that then integrates, so the pattern can change instead of repeating.
What happens in a session?
A protected space is opened and you connect with your Higher Self; nothing happens without your permission. Instead of analyzing your story from the outside, your energy field is read and the work goes straight to what holds the pattern: the belief and the emotion that created it, often from a moment you had forgotten. That charge is released at its source, and you are realigned to a divine quality that integrates in the body.
Why does it reach the root, not just the mind?
Because it does not stop at understanding the pattern: it finds the emotion that created it and the moment it began, releases it, and installs a new, sustained reference. Understanding it with the mind is not enough; if the trapped emotion stays, the pattern repeats.
Is it done remotely?
Yes. Sessions are online by video call, worldwide (remote and distance energy healing). You do not need "energy healing near me": the work is just as effective at a distance, wherever you are.
Is it safe? Do I need to believe anything?
Yes, it is safe: every process includes protection, grounding and permission, and each session opens and closes cleanly. You do not have to adopt any belief; you are invited to experience, not to believe. This work complements, and never replaces, medical and psychological care.
What may a session include?
Each session is unique. Co-created with your Higher Self for your highest good, it may include:
The underlying purpose is always the same: helping you to assume your own Mastery.
Is this session for you?
Yes, if…
- You feel you are here with a purpose and want clarity on it.
- You keep repeating a pattern you understand but cannot shift on your own.
- You have tried therapy or coaching and are looking for a deeper layer.
- You are ready to do your own work and take responsibility for your life.
Not yet, if…
- You are in a mental-health crisis or at risk: please reach a professional first (I am glad to support you afterward).
- You are seeking medical treatment or a miraculous cure.
- You want to contact the deceased or obtain "proof" of the beyond.
What happens in a session
Connection with the Higher Self
At the start of each session we connect with Mother/Father God, the Earth and your Higher Self of Light. This connection is the starting point, without it, there is no real work.
Reading and healing
We read your energetic field and work with the layers that need attention at that moment. Each session is unique, what is ready to heal is addressed, in the correct order.
Integration and closing
The energy moves and settles correctly. You will leave the session lighter, more aligned. The body, mind and soul need a minimum of 48 hours to integrate the work.
Find the session that matches your process
If you're not sure which one is yours, write to me and we'll talk. Some sessions have prerequisites, the order matters.
Your Higher Self of Light connects to overcome blocks, pain, suffering and low vibrations. The session clears, heals and harmonizes whatever is present at that moment, whatever it may be. You can access it at any point in your process.
Upon confirming your booking and payment, you receive the basic preparation processes by email. You need to practice them for at least 5–7 days before your first session, so we arrive with the ground ready and the work goes deeper from the very first moment.
"Being able to observe from a spiritual perspective what is happening, and leaving with more clarity and less weight."
Healing and clearing of low-vibration energies: energetic parasites, control devices, entities, black magic, dark contracts, shocks and implants. This session focuses on finding and clearing the beliefs and contracts that stop your spiritual and professional path.
"Release of burdens you didn't know you were carrying, and more lightness to move forward on your own path."
Recommended prerequisite: Essential Tools
In co-creation with your Higher Self, purification energy is channeled through the chakra system, purifying and clearing years and even lifetimes of accumulated "things" that no longer serve you. The energy moves correctly, what doesn't serve is released, and you begin to move through the world with more grace and flow.
This session is a prerequisite for most deeper processes. If you don't know where to begin, begin here.
"Health, harmony and a new capacity to move through the world without the resistance you felt before."
This healing is done when you have already done energetic work, subconscious and conscious, and the specific problem keeps resurfacing. This indicates that the CORE issues were not addressed. Another sign: if the chakras continue to be slow after previous healing, the cores need attention.
"Reaching the real origin of the pattern, not its symptoms, so that the change is permanent."
Prerequisite: Sub-body chakra cleansing
This process clears and activates your Kundalini channels. When the channel is blocked or misaligned, vital energy cannot flow correctly through the energetic system, affecting all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
"Unblocked energetic flow and greater capacity to access expanded states of consciousness."
Every soul has masculine and feminine energy. Integrating both allows the return to unity with the Higher Self, which translates into healthier relationships with everyone around you. The health of your inner male and inner female is strongly influenced by your parents: the relationship you had with them and the relationship they had with each other.
"Less internal division, greater capacity to manifest from an integrated place, and more balanced relationships."
Prerequisite: Sub-body chakra cleansing
A healthy astral body allows you to expand your consciousness and connect with beings from higher dimensions. The astral body (AB) leaves while we sleep to visit friends, past lives and other dimensions. It is connected to the physical body through the Silver Cord at the third chakra.
The AB can release energy and information from the unconscious level during dreams, helping the awakening process. This session clears traumas, contracts and frequencies the astral body may have accumulated.
"Greater clarity in dreams, access to information from the unconscious and expansion of consciousness."
Prerequisite: Sub-body chakra cleansing
The purpose of this process is to heal the personality you developed to survive in your environment. The magical child, unconditional love, love of exploration, free, innocent, open, becomes the conditioned inner child when parents or caregivers place restrictions on certain ways of being.
Example: if the unconscious belief is "I am loved under certain conditions," it may come from the conditioning of "if I behave like a good girl, mom and dad will love me." This process undoes those contracts.
"Recovering the part of you that loves without conditions, and that knows how to explore, be free and open to the world."
This program is for people experiencing too much pain and suffering in traumatic situations that the body and soul cannot handle alone, or people who feel deep sadness in their life without understanding why. It heals and clears etheric pain, beliefs, programs and negative energy, both own and external.
In these situations, the soul divides into parts. The central energy moves outside oneself. This program recovers those parts and allows functioning at optimal levels again.
"Understanding and overcoming experiences from a deep, spiritual perspective. Feeling whole again."
Prerequisite: Sub-body chakra cleansing
This program dives into your past lives and deepens into the karmic and dharmic programming that somehow keeps you from connecting fully, spiritually and professionally, in this lifetime.
Ghost Retrieval: we find traumatic past lives and release the energy trapped in that moment. The person begins to understand why certain patterns repeat, in relationships, work, or with feelings of abuse.
Clearing Pain: we release the etheric pain that creates those "ghosts" of the past.
Reframing: we reframe the situations. Subconscious healing opens new possibilities.
"Understanding where your deepest patterns come from, and freeing yourself from cycles that are not from this lifetime."
3 sessions, minimum 2 days between each · Prerequisite: Chakra cleansing
A deep connection therapy with your feminine and masculine energy. This process heals and clears the division at the soul level. You will co-create and manifest the relationship with yourself and with others that is most aligned with your Divine Plan.
"Relationships more aligned with who you truly are, starting with the most important relationship: the one you have with yourself."
Prerequisite: Chakra cleansing + Soul Healing + Past Lives
In this process we align, clear and heal the Blueprint, the plan where the soul's main information is stored. With this, the soul can connect and express who it truly is in this timeline. This is the most advanced work in the process: when you have already cleared the previous layers, this allows you to operate from your deepest essence.
"Living from your real purpose, not the one you built to survive, but the one you brought for this lifetime."
Prerequisite: Chakra cleansing + Soul Healing + Past Lives
