A MOL Session is a space of multidimensional integration whose purpose is to facilitate the expansion of consciousness and help the person reconnect with the authentic expression of their Self.
How the session begins
The session begins with a connection from consciousness to consciousness (soul to soul), from which we access the information that is most important for the person's evolutionary process at that moment. The goal is not to analyze their whole history, but to identify what today represents the root of the pattern that is limiting their life.
From that reading, the program, experience, or moment that gave rise to the pattern is revealed. That program can show up as thoughts, emotions, repetitive behaviors, physical symptoms, or blocks in different areas of life.
The integration process
Once identified, an integration process begins that happens simultaneously across different dimensions of human experience: the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, the spiritual body, and the energetic body.
During this process, different tools unique to the Multidimensional Integration of the Self Method are used. Depending on the person's needs, these may include conscious breathing (breathwork), emotional regulation work, integration of inner parts, energetic reading, and other tools from the method aimed at releasing the energy that remains associated with the original program.
"A difficult experience doesn't only leave a psychological imprint, it also leaves an energetic one."
From the worldview of the IMS Method, a difficult experience doesn't only leave a psychological imprint, it also leaves an energetic one. That's why, beyond the process of conscious understanding and integration, we also work on that energetic imprint —often unconscious— using the tools developed within the methodology.
What changes afterward
The goal isn't only to relieve a symptom, but to facilitate a deep shift in the person's level of consciousness. As the programs stop automatically running their life, they begin to relate differently to themselves, to their body, to their emotions, and to their decisions.
As a result of this process, many people develop a greater capacity for self-observation, learn to better regulate their energy, strengthen their personal boundaries, hear their intuition more clearly, and begin to create their life from a state of greater inner coherence.
The transformation doesn't happen because someone "does the work" for the person. It happens because the person recognizes what they no longer need to hold onto, integrates it from a state of greater consciousness, and recovers their natural capacity to live from their Self.
